ZÜM Base-Line :: Two 1-hour sessions included in membership
Session One includes a comprehensive fitness evaluation, postural analysis, and some basic testing to establish your starting point. You'll be asked to describe your interests, goals and challenges. Your trainer will assess your results and give you a personalized program, choosing from ZÜM's menu of outcome-oriented foundation plans.
Session Two is your Base-Line Workout during which you get hands-on training and instruction. In addition to the Baseline workout, your trainer might suggest classes or a combination of classes that suit your personal needs, how to incorporate massage, nutritional consulting or other services. Your trainer may introduce you to other club members who may share a common activity or sport interest.
