ZUM Base-Line :: Two 1-hour sessions included in all memberships
Session One includes a comprehensive fitness evaluation, postural analysis, and some basic testing to establish your starting point. You'll be asked to describe your interests, goals and challenges. Your trainer will assess your results and give you a personalized program, choosing from ZUM's menu of outcome-oriented foundation plans.
Session Two is called "The First Workout." Here you get hands-on training and instruction. At your First Workout, your trainer pair you with classes that suit your personal needs, how to incorporate massage, nutritional consulting or other services into your health club experience. Your trainer may introduce you to other club members who may share a common activity or sport interest.
