Member Services and Facility Features
Base LineTM - 's goal is to provide customized service to all club members. Thus, every member is entitled to a two hour consultation with a personal trainer. Composed of two 1-hour sessions, the Base Line creates the framework for your personalized program and helps you make the most of your time at the club. Be prepared to discuss health history and lifestyle issues, and dress to exercise.
Session One includes a comprehensive fitness evaluation, including some basic testing, to establish your base starting point. You'll also be asked to describe your interests, goals and challenges, whether strength development, weight management, preparing for competition, time management, stress reduction, or any other issue. Then the trainer will assess your results and create a personalized program, incorporating choices from 's menu of outcome-oriented programs.
Session Two is your Base Line Workout during which you get hands-on training and instruction so you can do the program on your own. In addition to the workout, your trainer might suggest which class or combination of classes would suit you best; what pieces of equipment would be optimal to help meet your training goals; how to incorporate massage, nutritional consulting or other services; or what other club members might share a common activity or sport interest.
Ultimately, the Base Line consultation will enhance your experience and enjoyment of by providing you with a concise program designed with focus and purpose.
Tune-Up - This is your opportunity to get continual personal attention through the duration of your membership. The Tune-Up is a monthly 30-minute appointment with a trainer designed to keep you on track with your individual interests. Discuss your goals, progress and experiences at the club.
Have your long and short-term goals evaluated, refine your weekly, monthly and annual programs, get recommendations on classes that match your interests and abilities, and receive further guidance on how to make the best use of all the services offered.
